People put their blogs in their portfolios?
I'd never heard of that, but a woman from CCA was really into me doing it. she used reasonable logic. it's a creative outlet you do on your own in your free time. it shows writing, visual editing, and other artistic skills that aren't directed by anyone else, so it's really your own pure endeavor.
Yeah I guess that's true.
Except, you didn't create any of the visual aesthetic, right? Didn't you use a preconceived scheme? Sorry, I'm not trying to be down on it, I'm just trying to figure out how "home made" it has to be to constitute it being a personal endeavor. I wanna do that.
well I didn't make the page layout, but that's not what I'm talking about. I layout all my posts and that kind of thing. and I did mess with the page a little myself anyway, color wise and side box wise and such.
